New Players
Steps to registering your child for hockey. New players are $50.
1. Register online with www.usahockey.com. Your $40 fee will be assessed on this website. Follow the directions in "How to Register Online" found below.
2. Print out your confirmation page from USA Hockey.
3. Print and complete the registration form found below.
4. Print and complete the consent to treat form found below.
5. Make a copy of your child's certified birth certificate.
6. Mail the confirmation page, registration form, consent to treat form, and a copy of your child's birth certificate to:
Mite and Pony Players: Your online registration with USA Hockey is free. Please mail a check written to WHA for the $40 registration fee with your paperwork.
Practice starts mid-October and your coach will call you with details. Check out the website often for updates. Equipment hand-out will be done as needed at the arena.

Returning Players
It's not too late to register for hockey!
Steps to register for returning players.
1. Register online at www.usahockey.com. The $40 registration fee will be assessed on this website. Refer to the "How to Register Online" link below.
2. Print out and complete the 2010 Registration Form found on this page.
3. Print out and complete the Consent to Treat Form found on this page.
4. Payments can be made to WHA. The Ice Time Fees should be paid. Please include an additional $25 late registration fee with your payment.
5. Mail your Confirmation Page from USA Hockey, the Registration Form, Consent to Treat Form, and your payment to:
